All cards are placed on the table with " Klepka" facing up, mixed thoroughly, and laid out face down in even rows.

Each player's turn consists of two actions:

  1. The first action of the turn is the right to compose from their already collected cards any words that exist in the Ukrainian language. Each compiled word the player writes down on the sheet with the sum of points of used letters and this word. The player's cards that were used to make words are discarded and are not used anymore. When a player can no longer make words from his cards or has no cards at all (as at the beginning of the game), he proceeds to the second action of his turn.
  2. The second action of the turn is the right to turn over any two pairs of cards laid out on the table. The number of flipped cards must be one more than the player made words in the first action of his turn. For example: during the first action of his turn the player made 1 word, then accordingly the player turns over 2 pairs of cards (i.e. 4 cards at the same time).

Depending on what is shown on the opened cards - the player acts as follows.

- if the letters are the same - the player takes them and has the right to turn over any two cards on the table again.

- but as soon as the images on the open cards do NOT match - the player acts as follows:

  • if the card has the image of a letter, the player turns it back over with "Rivet" up and puts it on the table exactly where it was;
  • if the card is a "polysemy", "chaos", or "exchange", the player takes such a card as a summoning card and takes it for himself.



When the second action is completed, the turn passes to the next player, who also takes turns performing the first and second actions.

It is allowed to compose any words existing in the dictionary of the Ukrainian language in any case, gender, number. But experienced players can before the game at their discretion agree to complicate the rules by any restriction of words. For example: only nouns in singular number.

Points for a word that is made of cards of one color have a coefficient of 2 to the sum of points of letters that are used in this word. But, experienced players can before the game at their discretion agree to complicate the rules by using this coefficient on other terms. For example: for slang words or abbreviations.

Repeating the same words by different players is allowed. However, experienced players may agree to complicate the rules and prohibit the repetition of already composed words.

If a player composes " Slava Ukrainy", he wins single-handedly and instantly!

Rules for using prize cards (polysemy, chaos and exchange):

Polysemy - can be used by its owner once when composing a word and replaces any one letter in only one word, but without limiting the number of this letter. For example: one polysemy card can replace the letter "O" only once in the word "soccer" or as many as three times in the word "good". Polysemy is also discarded after its use.

Exchange - can be used by its owner at any time (including in the middle of other players' turn) to forcibly exchange one of his cards for one of any other player's cards. The exchange card is also discarded after its use.

Chaos - can be used by its owner at any moment (including in the middle of other players' turn) to shuffle any cards that are still on the table and thus deprive the opponents of any mention of which cards were opened before chaos. The chaos card is also discarded after it is used.

The game ends when there are no cards left on the table and no player can make a word from his cards. The winner is the player who has the highest sum of points for the words made during the whole game. If players still have unused cards that have not been discarded, each card counts as 1 point regardless of whether they are prize or letter cards and how many points are indicated on them.
